One of the key parts of the CRM process as well as the sales process in general is actually getting customers to sign up in some way, so you want to have at least one contact address or number on record. However, they are not going to sign up for no reason; effective content marketing is a great way to really wow the customer and grab their attention.  It is then that the real sales process can begin.
