So, how do you get involved, well there are two steps, the first is to contact Mike at MyCRM and have a conversation about what Dynamics 365 means to your organisation. Every business has its own goals, and we know from experience that there is no cookie cutter one size fits all approach. We will assess your requirements and put in place a 3-month action plan, which may be just day to day support, or maybe you need extra help. If you need to talk to an existing customer, you can, as our success over the last 10 years has been built on our “Customer First” strategy. We can advise on Data, Systems, user adoption, configuration and even GDPR, we even wrote a book on the subject, with the aim to help organisations like yours get where they need to be.
The second step is to assign your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Digital Partner of Record to MyCRM. Once this is done your free support period will begin, and you can ask for help with the core product. If you are already under support with another partner and the partner is assigned, then we might not be able to offer you this free service for 3 months. If your assigned partner is actively engaged with you then we hope they are doing a great job, but we see many partners that are not active, or helping, or where the record has not even been set.
